About This Special Issue
Dear colleagues,
Green manure industry development by planting green manure species bring various economic and environmental benefits, including increased food production, carbon capture and sequestration, soil retention, sandstorm prevention, water retention, and provision of habitat for biodiversity, etc. Those species of plants has traditionally brought an important nutrient supports to the soil health, water depollution, field insanitation after anthropic works on this earth. The universities in the world including governments’ organizations/agencies promote ecosystems mechanisms restoration through green manure industries development. The community of ecological sciences needs comprehensive knowledge about the contribution of green manure in reducing various earth phenomena which change ecosystem environment. We are pleased to announce that the American journal of environmental and resource economics special issues on green manure is now available. That special issue is articulated to following themes:
